WheelAI is not a registered investment advisor. Nothing in the app, on this website, in our blog, or from the AI assistant is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. All AI output is for informational purposes only.

Options trading carries substantial risk. You can lose more than your initial investment. Past performance does not predict future results. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Use of the service

You agree to use WheelAI only for lawful purposes. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer the app, scrape the AI endpoints in bulk, or use the service to harm others.

Subscriptions

WheelAI Pro is a renewing subscription billed through Apple. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are issued at Apple’s discretion under their refund policy. WheelAI cannot issue refunds directly.

No warranty

WheelAI is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Market data, AI suggestions, and statistics may contain errors or be delayed. Always verify with your broker before trading.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, WheelAI and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or damages arising from your use of the service. Your sole remedy if you’re unhappy is to stop using the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
